GDPR Rights

This page explains data protection rights available under Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and how users may exercise those rights in relation to TaxiST.app.

1. Right of access

You may request confirmation whether we process your personal data and receive information about the processing and a copy of your personal data, subject to legal limits.

2. Right to rectification

You may request correction of inaccurate personal data and completion of incomplete personal data.

3. Right to erasure

You may request deletion of personal data where GDPR allows it. Some data may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution reasons.

4. Right to restriction

You may request restriction of processing in certain cases, for example while the accuracy of data or the legal basis is being reviewed.

5. Right to portability

Where applicable, you may request personal data that you provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.

6. Right to object

You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. We will stop such processing unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds or need the data for legal claims.

7. Withdrawal of consent

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect lawful processing before the withdrawal.

8. Automated platform rules

TaxiST.app may use automated rules for login security, anti-spam limits, driver availability, ride workflow and fraud prevention. You may contact us if you believe an automated action significantly affects you.

9. How to submit a request

Send requests to support@taxist.app . Include enough information to identify your account and the right you want to exercise.

10. Verification

To protect accounts and prevent unauthorised disclosure, we may request additional verification before answering a GDPR request or changing personal data.

11. Response time

We will respond within the period required by GDPR. The period may be extended where requests are complex or numerous, as allowed by law.

12. Complaints to AZOP

You may lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP) or another competent EU supervisory authority.
